ALMOND, ORANGE & CRANBERRY BALLS
INGREDIENTS:
▪️1 cup almonds, blended
▪️1 cup oats
▪️1/2 cup dried cranberries, chopped into small pieces
▪️1 tbsp chia seeds
▪️1/2 tsp cinnamon
▪️Orange zest from half an orange
▪️Orange juice from a medium sized orange
▪️1/3 cup almond butter
▪️2 tbsp maple syrup or honey
METHOD:
1. In a bowl, add the ground almonds, oats , cranberries, chia seeds and cinnamon. Mix well.
2. Add the rest of the ingredients and mix again.
3. Shape into balls and refrigerate for an hour.
