CARAMEL BITES
INGREDIENTS:
▪️15 medjool dates
▪️1/2 cup cashew butter
▪️1 tsp vanilla extract
▪️chocolate, melted
METHOD:
1. Pit the dates and soak in hot water for a few minutes.
2. Drain the liquid and transfer the dates to a food processor or a blender. Add the cashew butter and vanilla and blend until smooth.
3. Place the mixture in the freezer for 1 hour as it will be sticky.
4. Shape into balls and freeze again for 1 more hour.
5. Dip each ball in chocolate.
