CHOCOLATE CHUNK RAW BARS
INGREDIENTS:
▪️1 cup figs, chopped
▪️1 cup dried prunes
▪️1/2 cup cashews
▪️1/2 cup almonds
▪️1/2 cup toasted rolled oats
▪️1/4 cup coconut cashew butter/cashew butter
▪️80g chocolate chunks
METHOD:
1. In a food processor add the prunes and figs and blend well.
2. Add the nuts and give it another blend.
3. Transfer the mixture into a bowl, add the nut butter and oats and mix with a fork.
4. Add the chocolate chunks and transfer the mixture onto a tray covered with parchment paper and flatten well.
5. Freeze for 30 minutes and cut into bars.
