DOUBLE CHOCOLATE PROTEIN BARS
INGREDIENTS:
▫️1/2 cup coconut flour
▫️1 tbsp cacao powder
▫️60g chocolate protein powder
▫️1/2 cup maple syrup/ honey/agave syrup
▫️1 cup 100% peanut butter
▫️1 cup 100% almond butter
▫️25g white chocolate
METHOD:
▫️ In a bowl combine all the wet ingredients.
▫️Add coconut flour and cacao powder and mix well.
▫️In a tray lined with parchment paper, evenly spread the mixture.
▫️Melt the chocolate and drizzle over the mixture.
▫️Place in the fridge for 2-3 hours before cutting into bars. Store for up to 5 days in the fridge.
