FRUIT & NUT ENERGY BARS
INGREDIENTS:
▪️1/2 cup dried apricots
▪️1/2 cup goji berry
▪️1/2 cup almonds
▪️1/4 cup sesame seeds
▪️1/4 cup any nut butter from our range
▪️1 tbsp coconut oil
▪️2 tbsps honey or maple syrup
▪️chocolate, melted
METHOD:
1. In a food processor or blender mix together the dried fruit, nuts and sesame seeds.
2. Add the nut butter, oil and honey. Mix well.
3. Transfer the mixture to a parchment paper and shape into a big square.
4. Place in the freezer for 30 minutes.
5. Cut into bars and drizzle with chocolate.
