FUDGE BROWNIE PROTEIN MUFFINS
INGREDIENTS:
▪️2 ripe bananas, mashed
▪️18g cacao powder
▪️30g chocolate protein powder
▪️120g peanut butter (or any from our range)
▪️25g choc chips
▪️1/2 tsp vanilla
▪️3g baking power
▪️pinch of salt
METHOD:
1.Pre-heat oven to 180.
2. In a bowl, add protein powder, cacao powder and a dash of water, and mix into a smooth mixture.
3. To your mashed bananas, add this chocolate mixture and peanut butter and mix well.
4. Add baking powder, vanilla, salt and chocolate chips and mix again.
5. Spray cupcake mould with non stick spray and divide mixture into 6.
6. Top with more chocolate chips and make for 10-12 minutes.
7. Let to cool and enjoy!
