CARAMEL BROWNIES - KETO, VEGAN, GLUTEN FREE, RAW



INGREDIENTS:

BROWNIE LAYER
▪️108g almond flour
▪️55g MUNCH A BUNCH keto butter
▪️30g cacao powder
▪️1/3 cup syrup


CARAMEL LAYER
▪️25g MUNCH A BUNCH keto butter
▪️1 tbsp syrup


CHOCOLATE LAYER
▪️35g caramel chocolate chips (use any chocolate you like)

 

METHOD:

  1. In a bowl, mix almond flour, nut butter and cacao powder.
  2. Add syrup and mix until a dough forms.
  3. Line a tray with parchment paper and flatten dough.
  4. Mix caramel ingredients and add this on the brownie layer.
  5. Melt chocolate and add this on the caramel layer.
  6. Freeze until set and cut into squares.
