CARAMEL BROWNIES - KETO, VEGAN, GLUTEN FREE, RAW
INGREDIENTS:
BROWNIE LAYER
▪️108g almond flour
▪️55g MUNCH A BUNCH keto butter
▪️30g cacao powder
▪️1/3 cup syrup
CARAMEL LAYER
▪️25g MUNCH A BUNCH keto butter
▪️1 tbsp syrup
CHOCOLATE LAYER
▪️35g caramel chocolate chips (use any chocolate you like)
METHOD:
- In a bowl, mix almond flour, nut butter and cacao powder.
- Add syrup and mix until a dough forms.
- Line a tray with parchment paper and flatten dough.
- Mix caramel ingredients and add this on the brownie layer.
- Melt chocolate and add this on the caramel layer.
- Freeze until set and cut into squares.
