PISTACHIO CRUNCH BARS

 

 

INGREDIENTS:
▪️
8 rice crackers 
▪️150g white chocolate, melted
▪️4 tbsps Munch A Bunch™ pistachio butter 
▪️Pistachios for topping 

METHOD:

1. Crumble 8 rice crackers - you can use your hands or a blender. 
2. In a bowl, mix the melted white chocolate and the pistachio butter. 
3. Pour this mixture with the rice crackers and mix well. 
4. Transfer to a parchment paper and shape into a square. 
5. Add pistachios and a drizzle of white chocolate on top. 
6. Freeze for 20 minutes and cut into squares or bars.
