PROTEIN BROWNIES


INGREDIENTS:
▪️2 eggs 
▪️
1/2 cup maple syrup 
▪️
1 cup almond butter 
▪️
1/2 cup cacao powder 
▪️
2 scoops protein powder (if you don’t want to add protein powder add 1/2 cup cacao powder) 
▪️
Pinch of salt 
▪️1/2 tsp baking soda 
▪️
Chocolate, melted
▪️Sprinkles or nuts for topping

 

METHOD:
1. In a bowl, mix together eggs, maple syrup and almond butter. 
2. Add the cacao powder, baking soda, salt and protein powder. Mix well. 
3. Pour into a baking dish and bake at 200C for around 15-18 minutes.
4. Let it cool and cover with melted chocolate and sprinkles.
