PUMPKIN SPICE OAT CUPS
INGREDIENTS:
▪️1 + 1/2 cups of oat flour (blended oats)
▪️1/4 cup coconut oil
▪️3 tbsp maple syrup or honey
▪️Munch A Bunch™ pumpkin spice peanut butter
▪️white chocolate, melted
▪️pecans, crushed
METHOD:
1. In a bowl, mix together oat flour, coconut oil and maple syrup until a dough forms.
2. In a cupcake holder, add a tbsp of this mixture in each mould and bake until golden.
3. Let the oat base cool completely and add a tbsp of pumpkin spice peanut butter.
4. Add a layer of white chocolate and top with crushed pecans.
5. Freeze for 1 hour.
