SUPER NUT & SEED CHOCOLATE BITES
INGREDIENTS:
▪️10 medjool dates
▪️1/2 cup mix dried fruit
▪️1/4 cup cashews
▪️1/4 cup pecans
▪️1/4 cup peanuts
▪️2 tbsps sunflower seeds
▪️2 tbsps pumpkin seeds
▪️1/4 cup of any nut butter from our range
▪️2 tbsps of cacao powder
▪️chocolate, melted
METHOD:
1. In a food processor, blend together all the ingredients (except chocolate).
2. Transfer the mixture on a parchment paper and shape into a square. Freeze for 30 minutes.
3. Add melted chocolate and top with more nuts and seeds.
4. Freeze until the chocolate hardens and cut it into mini bars.
