PEANUT BUTTER VANILLA PORRIDGE
INGREDIENTS:
▫️30g oats
▫️enough liquid to cover oats
▫️1 tbsp chia seeds
▫️1 tsp maca powder (optional)
▫️1/2 tsp cinnamon
▫️20g vanilla protein powder
TOPPINGS:
▫️ blueberries
▫️ sugar-free syrup
▫️ square of dark choc
▫️ 100% peanut butter

▶️ Mix all ingredients in a bowl.
▶️ Microwave for 3 minutes, mix and microwave for another 1 minute.
▶️ Add your toppings and enjoy!
